Possible Harmful Effect Of A Briquetting Plant

When we hear of a briquetting plant all good this comes in mind. But it is possible that the industry does not bear a single negative point. If we analyze it deeply what we see is that the industry has got a loophole which can hamper its growth to a great extent. This is the availability of raw material, as we know that the industry is heavily depended on the biomass raw material derived from the agro and forestry waste. But mostly the material is not suitable to produce the quality briquettes as it is a waste. So not the quantity is the point of concern but quality is. This is where the big problem arises.

This is one of the major loopholes in the industry. In most developed countries food crop is grown specifically for the purpose of producing briquettes in briquetting plant.  Crops such as sugarcane, wheat and other food grain which are essential for human beings are used to produce biodiesel and other forms of biomass energy. This is a big thereat and could result in the shortage of food grains throughout the world.

Many environmentalists are against the use of this technology because it’s a great threat to human food and forest. For producing quality products excellent quality of raw material is used. The quality of final product heavily depends on raw material and for this food crops are used, ignoring human needs. If we keep on growing crops for biomass briquetting machines it may lead to increase of essential food items and their shortage.

This is one of the negative points which should be dealt seriously. For more information on any queries related to briquetting plant and machineries visit: www.jaykhodiyar.org/contact.php

Briquetting Plant And Their Effect On The Environment

Briquetting technology has become a reliable source of energy throughout the world. It is in great demand both in developed and developing world. The technology is cheap and does not require huge amount of capital to set up. Furthermore, the raw material is easily available and is of no shortage. Many countries have seriously taken it and are giving every possible support for setting the biomass project. Today, it has become a hot topic of discussion among the environmentalist. But as every industry has their pros and cons this industry is no different.  It also has its negative impact on the environment and in a negative way.

A briquetting project is heavily depends on the biomass raw material which consists of agro and forestry waste. The briquetting plant is set up according to the availability of raw material. The quality of raw material is essential and will affect the performance of the product to a large extent. To get the finest quality of final products like briquettes and biodiesel, crops like wheat, sugarcane, mustard and corn which are staple food for human. This is where the big problem arises and can create a mess if not managed properly.

The use of food grains for manufacturing biomass briquettes is a threat to the food supply of the world. Vital crops like wheat and mustered is in great demand in the briquetting industry as they are considered an excellent raw material. For example sugarcane is regarded great for producing biodiesel and its waste for producing briquettes. By doing this it will have a negative impact on the supply of sugar made from it. The prices of sugar are bound to rise and this is same is applied to other food crops like wheat etc. Countries like Brazil are using hectares of land growing sugarcane for the purpose of using them to produce biodiesel. In the United States, wheat is grown separately for their use in briquetting plant.

All these practices and the government supporting them is a major concern which was shown by the leading environmentalists. The growth of the industry and their constant requirement for quality of raw material mostly coming from food grains is emerging as an issue. If not properly managed could lead to catastrophic results threatening survival of mankind. If we able to fix that the biomass sector has got tremendous future and will play a major role in fulfilling the power needs. Briquetting press manufacturers have to curtail the production of the machines and supply them in a limited quantity in the market to avoid their overuse.

The biomass technology has emerged in solving our environmentalist issue, but a little loophole in it could lead to serious implications. The agro and forestry waste is used but when it comes to quality raw material using crops which is considered most suitable is preferred over them.

How growth of briquetting plant throughout the globe and use of food crops as most suitable raw material could lead to the shortage of food grains. This could have severe impact on the human beings. For more information click here.

Biomass Briquetting Plant: Accelerating The Rural Growth

India has been riding high with the current boom in the economy and GDP. It has joined some of the elite league consisting of countries that are highly developed both in terms of economy and technology. After achieving all this, the country still lacks and is unable to supply adequate power mostly in rural areas. This is hampering the growth to a great extent and to solve the rural power needs, biomass briquetting plant is playing a crucial role. With the setting up of an industry in rural areas it is going to benefit the masses and economy.

The industry is a sustainable way of producing energy by converting biomass waste. It is available in plethora and the industry will not experience any shortage of the raw material. The raw material is the least one which is of no use and cannot be given to the cattle as a fodder. Farmers now have been acquainted with information regarding the waste that they produce and how vital this is for biomass briquetting industry. The waste is used by the farmers to recycle and manufacture briquettes through the briquetting machines. The briquette is used to generate power without harming environment as it does not emit carbon in the atmosphere.

The plant manufactures briquettes, which helps in accelerating the economic development in rural India. The manufacture blocks of briquette are used to produce energy by burning them. They are more efficient way of producing the energy instead of using it in the form of cow dung cakes. Almost all the major industries in rural areas could use these for generating power in their industries to carry out their business activities hassle free.

Many rural areas are enjoying the uninterrupted electricity and are prospering with the economic development only because of setting up of a biomass briquetting plant. It is indeed a game changer. For more information regarding to briquetting machines and plant you can visit: www.jaykhodiyar.org.

Why I Opted For Biomass Briquettes

The main concern is of a power requirement in rural India. Long and frequent power cuts and interrupted supply of electricity leading loss in business. Majority of business in rural India lags behind due to inadequate supply of electricity and power. I myself has experience this as I run a dairy business in village which needs power to carry out activities. My business was lagging behind because of shortage of power and this made me to look out for other option of power. One of my friend suggested me to go for biomass machinery. As I was not aware of the thing, I told him to explain me about it.

He told me that it is machine which uses biomass waste of agriculture and forestry and produces blocks of briquettes that are further used to generate power by burning them. You can purchase the briquettes as they are available in market in ready form, he told me. When I told him that instead of purchasing I can directly burn the waste to produce energy. It will save me cost and also will generate energy.

He further told me that, by directly burning the biomass waste you are not gaining but loosing. As it produce less energy and emitting carbon smoke in the atmosphere. If you go for briquettes produced by briquetting plant it will generate more energy and no carbon will be released. So it will be cleaver if you opt for the well made product instead of using raw material in the form of cow dung cakes.

So I decided to go for briquettes and after using them for generating power my business since then have enjoyed uninterrupted supply of power. For more information you can visit the company website:

My Maiden Visit to A Briquette Plant

I recently visited a village in Punjab who has gained popularity because of its self-reliance in producing and supplying uninterrupted power for carrying out agricultural activities. The unit was located inside the agricultural land and was procuring raw material from there. The project was joint venture of private and government. Government is offering a full support to these projects as they are contributing in rural development. There we thought of visiting a briquetting plant and how electricity is produced inside the plant. To answer our questions we were accompanied by official associated with operation of unit. Inside the plant we had seen how briquetting blocks are used in generating electricity.

The plant operates twenty four hour using raw material available in abundance. The industry is environment friendly because it produces no carbon while generating electricity. The official further told us that the industry is also earning carbon credit and making good bucks and profits. Inside the plant there were various types of biomass briquette machines installed producing the briquettes which is the final product used in generating electricity.

I was curious of what are the briquettes and asked the official accompanying us inside the plant. He explained to us that they are biomass waste of plant and agricultural crop. The raw material is used by biomass briquetting machines to produced compressed blocks of briquettes. This is more efficient way of utilizing the biomass waste instead of burning it in their raw form.

India is the only country where the briquetting sector is growing in spite of some early hiccups, he told to us. He further elaborated that because the sector has great potential corporate are also starting to invest in this sector. This will further strengthen the industry which is only benefiting the nation and rural economy. For more information you can visit the website.

Importance Of Bio Fuel And Growing Demand Of Briquetting Plant

Have you every delved on the quantity of wastes generated from agricultural fields, forests, and construction sites? No wonder these wastes, generated in millions of tonnes every year, only pollute the environment. Thanks to the introduction of biomass briquetting machine that truly epitomizes the green revolution. Conversion of the wastes into bio fuel has become easy! This bio fuel is used, though on a small scale, as an alternative for non-renewable fuels like coal, petroleum, and natural gas in various industry segments.

Bio fuel is environment friendly. It does not emit smoke when burnt. It is generally produced in cylindrical and square shapes and sizes differ. It comes with a hole in the middle, allowing greater surface area and creating high combustion. Densification is the key factor in the final output. Higher the densification, higher is the quality of fuel. Use of briquetting plant is the solution. Besides, the bulk density and moisture content of the wastes equally matter.

Why is bio fuel ideal for thermal applications in various industry segments? It is a renewable source of energy. It can be used as an alternative to the conventional fuels, thus preventing depletion of the earth’s natural resources. It is economical, as it is cheaper than other conventional fuels such as coal, wood, diesel, etc. used for generation of thermal power in industries. It has a thermal calorific value of 4000 Kcal/Kg approximately. It does not contain any hazardous material and hence do not pollute the environment when burnt for use.

Bio fuel does not emit fly ash when burnt; its ash content is 2 to 5 percent. Its low moisture facilitates consistent high burning efficiency. Besides, bio fuel has higher fix carbon value and contains high density. Its unique shape facilitates its easy transportation, feeding, and combustion. The various advantages of bio fuel have only raised the demand and importance of briquetting machine manufacturers in India, especially who focus on innovation and advanced features. The high rise in price of fossil fuels will further lead to the boom of this industry in India.

The author through his write-ups educates readers on the benefits and uses of bio fuel and the role of biomass briquetting machine in facilitating production of this fuel.

Applications Of Bio Fuel And Production Capacity Of Jumbo 90

The prime need of every industry is fuel. With increasing number of industries and depleting natural energy resources, meeting the fuel needs of industries in the future is a challenge. One of the most easily available alternative sources of fuel is biomass, especially agro and forestry residues. Millions of tonnes of these residues are destroyed or inefficiently burnt, causing pollution to the environment. With the use of briquetting machines, these residues can be turned into useful fuel for use in homes and industries. This bio-concept has not yet gained the desired momentum. But this is the energy of the future, powering industries the green way!

The natural fuel is already being used widely for thermal applications such as steam generation in boilers and heating. It replaces existing conventional fuels like coal and wood including expensive liquid fuel like diesel, kerosene, etc. in gasification and drying plants. Key industry areas where finished briquettes for thermal application are used encompass refractory, chemical, milk plant, vegetable plants, spinning mill, leather, rubber, ceramic, solvent extraction plants, dyeing units, food processing, textile unit, lamination, brick making units, and the list goes on. Convert Wood Waste into Briquettes with Wood Briquetting Machine

Since decades, wood has been used in the manufacturing of variety of products. These wooden products are used not only in residential areas but in commercial units too. People involved in this business requires high amount of wood. Have you ever think that a complete process of wooden product manufacturing leads into release in high amount of waste?

Suppose you are into the manufacturing of wooden furniture, what would you do with that waste? There will surely be these two answers:  I left it open in a corner of the unit or burnt it. But both of these ways harm the environment in a way which causes air and land pollution. You might be shocked but it is true that need of managing the waste efficiently has led to the advent of wood briquetting equipment and machine. Both the briquette equipment and machine focuses on the aim of processing the wood waste and then converting it into wood briquettes.

These briquettes are an efficient source of fuel and energy. How? When these briquettes are supplied to the industries involved in the generation of electricity, it provides huge benefits to the user as well as to the environment. The briquettes provide heat to the boilers for steam generation with the help of which electricity is generated. Wood powder making machine also plays an important role in the manufacturing of wood briquettes. Briquette imparts smokeless heat; thus prevent the emission of greenhouse gases.

The best part of using wood waste to manufacture briquette is that this waste is available in huge quantity. Another best part of converting wooden waste into briquettes is that it helps in making the efficient use of waste. It also helps in getting the new source of heat and power by retaining and preventing the natural resources. So, use a briquetting machine and contribute in saving the environment.

Role of Briquettes Machines In Saving Environment

Rise in waste has given birth to a number of environmental issues like air, water & ground pollution. These problems are further leading other serious problems like global warming and depletion of ozone layer. Though every one of us is aware of the harmful effects of such problems yet no one is taking initiative to reduce the amount of waste that is obtained from residential and commercial applications.

Waste obtained mainly from agricultural industry, forests, animal and plant decay, industries like wood, textile etc. Residential waste is also termed as municipal solid waste. You might be unaware while it is true that there has been invented a machine used to process all types of waste. The machine has been invented around two decades ago and named as briquettes machine. Now, a single machine can’t process all types of waste so the manufacturers have made it available in different types like charcoal, wood, metal briquetting machine.

A similar machined named as briquetting press also targets upon same; however it works on a binder less technology that doesn’t require addition of a separate binding agent or additive to bind the processed waste into cylindrical logs of briquette. These briquette machines play an important role in saving the environment as well as protecting the natural resources like coal, petroleum and natural gas etc.

Through the treatment of waste, it protects the environment from being polluted that further protects existence of several environmental problems. That is also one of the main reasons behind the increase of briquette press manufacturing. Now the waste after processing turns into briquettes which are used as an alternative for limited and non-renewable fossil fuels.

Briquettes obtained by the machine are used for cooking and heating the boilers. The main advantage is that they provide smokeless as well long time heat. If you also see heaps of garbage around you and want to contribute in waste management then go for the manufacturing of machines or manufacturing of briquettes. It not only saves environment but a profitable business too.

My Experience At A Biomass Briquetting Plant

Over a decade ago, when I was just twenty, I first visited to my uncle’s briquetting plant. At that time he was just starting out making briquettes. He had a small briquetting press that was operated manually. The press was accepting a mix of newspaper and saw dust. The briquettes were smoky and no one was agreed to buy them. But, I really appreciated his efforts towards waste management.

In last week, I again visited his plant and I was shocked to saw the change. Seriously, that man has put all his efforts to grow the plant. I saw a wide range of briquetting machines installed at his biomass briquetting plant. Apart from this, he now has an electrically powered mixing and press machine. He told me that he is getting high profit by selling these briquettes to the industries.

By utilizing charcoal, agricultural and forestry waste, he was producing briquettes in bulk. Lack of turbo dryer was the only problem he was facing as drying of briquettes is very necessary. He knew that I was aware of the names of reputed suppliers and briquetting machine manufacturers. So, he asked me to suggest one name to buy a turbo dryer and a new briquetting machine. As the machine installed were used and he wanted to install new machinery. I suggest him to go for jay khodiyar; because this was the only reputed name in India who was supplying high quality briquetting machine and other allied at affordable price.

In almost no time, we contacted to the supplier and got a new briquetting machine as well as turbo dryer. The thing I liked about the supplier was he gives us valuable suggestions about the operation, maintenance and use of the machine. Today my uncle is earning a huge income. Thanks to Jay Khodiyar!

Briquetting Press And Briquetting Machine- Is There Any Difference Between These Two?

Being an agro-rich country, there is no dearth of agricultural and forestry waste. With increase in urbanization, rise in this waste also been observed. Some decades before, this waste was among the major reasons of pollution but the advancement of technology and need of managing the waste has resulted into the advent of briquetting machinery.

The main focus of briquetting equipments and machines both is to reduce the increasing quantity of waste on Earth. Another additive feature of the machine is that it not only reduces the waste but processes it under high pressure to convert it into briquettes. These briquettes are highly flammable material available generally in small cylindrical logs. Both a briquetting machine and briquetting press serves the same purpose; but the question here is there any difference between these two? Yes, not much but a little bit. Below mentioned is some information to clear your doubts.

Briquetting machine is a machine that processes all types of waste including industrial and municipal solid waste. There is a different machine for processing different waste. That is why today we have charcoal, wood, coal, and metal briquetting machine. The process of converting the waste is more or less same in all these briquette machines. Raw waste is first checked for the moisture content and if it is more than required, the waste is first dried out.

Briquetting Press is a machine that is used to process agricultural and forestry waste mainly. The main feature of this machine is that it performs entire process of conversion with a binder less technology. That is it doesn’t make use of any additive or separate binding agent for manufacturing the briquettes.  A briquetting press is demanded widely due to the easy availability of agricultural and forestry waste.

Jumbo 90 is a popular and widely demanded model of briquetting machine that is also used for the same purpose as that of a briquetting press. To buy this machine visit: www.jaykhodiyar.in.
