Types and Advantages of Pellet Press Machine

Today, different industries are manufacturing different products and everyone is familiar with this fact that these industries are excreting a lot of waste material. This raw material is either dumped into the rivers, seas causing water pollution or it is remain placed on the land leading to land and air pollution. But, with the advent of different kinds of machines known as briquetting machine and pellet press machines it is now possible to treat this waste in environment friendly manner.

Now, there is no need to get worried what to do with the waste coming out from the industries like wood, agriculture, paper, metal and others. These machines not only treat this waste but also make them suitable to be use further in generating useful resources. Pellet presses are the most common used machine for the treatment.

These presses are a means for laboratories and other industries to compress smaller pieces or even powder of wood or other material into pellets. The pellets obtained after processing have a wide variety of usage and available into different sizes and shapes. These machines are also comes in small and big size. For those companies, involving small production uses small pellet presses vice-versa. This is the reason behind growing demand of Plant Machinery Manufacturers and increase in their number.

There are different types of pellet machines are available today. Generally, these pellet presses contain specially shaped containment area where the particles or the powder is poured. The machine then exerts a certain amount of pressure to containment area for gradually compressing the material together. The machine comes in two types- screw and hydraulic.

In the former, the plate at the bottom of the screw is the part that exerts pressure on the power or the particles. Screw press requires manual control and is easier to operate. It can also be placed in the lab with an ease. In hydraulic press machine used in India Plants, a particular part of the machine brings material together, exerts pressure and then makes the pellets of desired shape. There are several advantages of both these pellet machines. These are as follows:

* It can be used for both small scale and personal feeding uses.
* It is environment friendly and treats the raw material for making it useful.
* It is not expensive as it includes onetime cost only.
* Being dry-out type machine, it doesn’t include any water to be added into the powder or the small particles, during the treatment process.
* The machine doesn’t compromise with the quality of the material.
