Global Use of Briquetting Machines

The use of briquetting machines is making its presence felt all over the globe. No matter whether the country is developed or developing. The use of these machines has played a significant role in recycling the waste material. The machines played a critical role in the third world countries as these are hugely depend on alternative energy resource for their energy needs. The reason for this is the underdeveloped electric system of the country. In an age when there are technological progress taking place in their own country. A huge part of the population is still living the energy starved life. There is a great need for alternative energy resources which can fulfill their energy needs and on the other hand also provide them opportunities of employment.

The use of Bio mass briquetting machines is a good example of the recycling waste material. Raw material for these machines is mainly derived from the plants and agricultural wastage. The use of these waste forms a major part in providing the raw material for briquetting machines. The machines use the raw material which is mainly derived from the plant and manufacture briquetting blocks. These briquetting blocks are heavily used in the industries to produce electricity for their own purposes.  The briquetting plants and machines not only help in recycling of the waste products but also help in generating the employment.  The briquetting machines and plants are environment friendly and release less green house gases.

Countries like Unites States, Canada, Brazil and other European countries are extensively harnessing the energy derived from the biomass.

The US, with its immense agricultural production is combines with huge amount of agricultural waste. This waste is then used Briquetting plants installed in the proximity to produce the power requirements for the internal use of the farm. In many areas these briquetting plants produces electricity which can provide the light to a small city. The use of briquetting machines is becoming a trend in the American homes for their household energy requirements.  Brazil has become leading producer of Bio fuel to such an extent that they are using it on public transport. This shows us that the developed countries are also not behind and using these energy sources to their maximum use. But Brazil sets a great example for us, as how to utilize these resources for their maximum use.

The world knows that these alternative resources of energy are great way of fulfilling the power needs. Countries like China, Brazil, South Africa, India and Russia are now making full utilization of this technology. Think if the whole world will start producing their power requirements through the agricultural waste or bio waste. This will greatly help in conservation of the fuel that are quickly depleting. We are seeing a rise in the price of the fuels and its shortage in many countries. For these the use of bio waste and to convert them in energy is a blessing in disguise. These will help in cleaning the environment and making a world safe for living in the coming future.

How Biomass Briquetting Plant Fulfills The Energy Needs Of Rural India

India has the potential of becoming leader in recycling waste material and converting it into energy. Indian is the seventh largest country in the world in terms of land. So with this huge land, good amount can be used for producing raw material for biomass briquetting plant.  In India there are thousands of villages and a good size of population lived in the villages. Most of the villages still depended on traditional methods of burning woods and animal waste like cow dung cakes for the for their energy needs. They did not have any gas connection like we urban peoples have in our houses. They neither have a good supply of electricity in their houses. With all these difficulties many villages in India is gearing themselves and searching other avenues of energy.

I had recently visited a village in Punjab. Punjab is north western state of India. The state tops in agriculture from rest of India. The state uses some of the sophisticated and modern technology to grow crop and vegetables. In terms of wheat production the state tops from rest of the state. Punjab is very highly developed in terms of agriculture faces shortage of power and fuel requirements. To counter attack that a village in Punjab with the help of the Punjab State Electricity Board, the Department of Science & Technology has helped in setting up the biomass briquetting plant.

What it has done is that, after harvesting the wheat lots of waste is either burn by the farmers or thrown away.  With the setting of the biomass briquetting plant there the plant uses the raw material from the agriculture waste and convert it into the Biomass briquette.  The biomass waste which is produced after the harvest of the wheat or other grain is not eatable for the cattle’s. The plant takes the raw material which is easily available from the fields and easy for transportation too. The plant has not only contributed in the recycling of the waste, but also helps in saving the energy cost and fuel requirements of farmers.

The plant is a great example of the biomass waste management. The plant uses the agriculture waste and the plant recycles the waste to produce the electricity without harming the environment. The plant does not emit harmful gases in the environment which helps the plant in earning the carbon credit. In this way the plant is also making thousands of dollars by earning carbon credit points.

After seeing how the biomass briquetting plant is helping in energy requirements of the farmers.  Then next morning I had put my shoes to take around of the village. There what I have seen is that people are using biogas for their household energy requirements. They have made a pit in the ground and from their pipes are fitted and the pipe is directed towards the kitchen. This biogas which is popularly called Goabar Gas in India.  Beside that they also use the animal waste like cow dung cakes for the energy requirements.

The villages of India are becoming self sufficient in their energy requirements. In villages the Biomass waste is in good amount because of their traditional ways of living. Educating them properly how to recycle the waste and producing the energy from the waste will do wonder for them. The government should also initiate many programmers for rural India. So that the people should know that the waste which is produced from the plant and animal has a huge potential of solving their energy problems.

Jay Khodiyar Machine Tools is a prime manufacturer and supplier of coal briquette machine throughout India. The machines are environment friendly and help in recycling the bio mass waste to produce energy and save cost of energy requirements.  To know more visit: www.jkbioenergy.com.
