Biomass Pellet Plants in India is now on Buzz

With the increases in number of industries there has been observed a huge rise in the biomass pellets in India. Biomass energy is the most renewable source of energy and this is the reason more and more people are entering to this industry. Companies are also introducing briquetting machines which are very effective and result-oriented. These machines are completely environment friendly and that’s why Govt. is fully-supporting those industries which are manufacturing such machines.

Biomass is obtained from the decaying of human, animal waste, and dry leaves etc. After decomposing these waste are heating to extreme temperature to obtain bio mass. The biomass energy is used to serve many applications. The most common application is to the agriculture industry. In agriculture industry, crops needs some fertilizers and other crucial minerals in order to provide the best quality products like wheat, rice, and other vegetables etc.

Apart from the waste mentioned above there are industrial waste also that become the raw material for Bio Energy Plant. Agricultural, forestry and coal, wood, paper industries are the main source of waste material. Therefore, the demand of having briquetting machines in these industries is high.

When your processes excretes less waste material then you can use a briquetting machine but if large amount of waste is produced then it’s better to install a biomass pellet plant. You can even earn with this plant by making it a side business. You might be pondering how? Let me clear your doubts.

Today, briquetting machine plants and biomass plants in India are not so many. So, if you will install a plant of your own then you can not only make the best use of your industry’s waste material but others too. This processed material can further become a raw material for some other industries like those generating biomass energy and electricity also.

One more advantageous part of the story is that Indian Govt. also provides some of the relaxation on income tax and other if these plants are to be set up in the villages and scheduled or rural areas. There is not any wrong intention of Govt. behind this rather it is all offered for the growth and development of those rural areas too.

The cost of Biomass Machinery engaged in making biomass as a fuel is not so high or better to say that it is one time cost only. So, what are you waiting for when you are looking for such a business when you have to put less input to earn more money?
